Andrii Murza | Violin

Andrii Murza is one of the most exciting representatives of Ukrainian violinists of his generation, has established himself as a convincing and versatile performer and has performed at numerous important festivals with renowned orchestras and conductors. As a soloist and in a chamber music ensemble, Andrii Murza has performed in many of the world's most important concert halls, performing a wide repertoire, including works by later and contemporary Ukrainian composers. His devotion to chamber music has given him the opportunity to frequently collaborate with various well-known artists at a number of international festivals. After graduating from the Odessa National Academy of Music, he continued his studies in Madrid and Mannheim. He began his teaching career at the faculty of the Odessa National Academy of Music and was later appointed teaching assistant at the Mannheim University of Music and Performing Arts. In addition, he is the founder and artistic director of the Odessa International Violin Competition.
