Friedemann Slenczka | Viola

Friedemann Slenczka began studying viola with Professor Hartmut Rohde at the UdK Berlin in 2012, where he completed his bachelor's degree in 2017. He then began a master's degree and took master classes with well-known musicians. He was first solo viola player in the Brandenburg State Orchestra Frankfurt and then at the Komische Oper Berlin. He has performed repeatedly as a soloist with the Baden-Baden Philharmonic Orchestra as part of the Carl Flesch Academy. He has played nationally and internationally as a chamber musician at festivals such as the Kyoto International Chamber Music Festival, the Podium Festival Esslingen, the Heidelberger Frühling and others. In addition to his viola studies, he devotes himself intensively to composition and conducting studies.
