Arkady Shilkloper is an internationally acclaimed musician whose creativity knows no bounds. He is a wanderer, a seeker. Just as he moves easily between serious and popular music, he also oscillates between continents and cultures. Travel and change are constants in the virtuoso’s life, experimentation and the desire for new things are his elixir of life.

From 1978 to 1985 he was a member of the Bolshoi Theater orchestra. With this world-famous orchestra and as a member of the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra from 1985 to 1989, he undertook a number of worldwide concert tours. He also became involved in jazz and freely improvised music early on: a passion that has continued to develop to this day. One of the most unusual Russian musicians, Arkady plays the French horn, alphorn, corno da caccia, bird horn, didgeridoo, elephant horn and many other wind instruments and constantly performs with various ensembles and orchestras.
