Mikołaj Majkusiak graduated in composition and accordion performance from the Warsaw Fryderyk Chopin University of Music where he has become a lecturer at the Faculty of Composition since 2020. He works as a composer, instrumentalist, arranger and producer. He is prize winner of composer’s competitions in Warsaw and Legnica (Poland) and competitions for accordion in Germany, Italy and Poland.

As accordionist he performs his works in concerts and festivals all over Europe, China, Japan, Russia and USA. Also his symphonic works have been numerously performed by leading orchestras. Compositions with his participation have been released on over 40 music albums by such labels as NAXOS, DUX, Polskie Radio or EMI.
